All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund rules of the respective airline, hotel, car rental, or travel supplier. Aerotrekkz facilitates requests but does not determine the supplier’s refund eligibility.

2. Flight Bookings

• Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the airline’s fare rules.
• Non‑refundable fares may not qualify for refunds.
• Partially used tickets are generally non‑refundable.
• Change and cancellation fees (imposed by airlines + Aerotrekkz service fee) apply.

3. Hotel Reservations

• Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the hotel.
• Some reservations are non‑refundable, while flexible bookings may allow cancellation until a specified deadline.
• No‑shows are treated as non‑refundable unless otherwise stated by the supplier.

4. Car Rentals

• Most car rentals allow free cancellation up to a certain time before pickup.
• Late cancellations or no‑shows may incur full charges.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed per the rental company’s rules.

5. Packages

Packages (flights + hotels + cars) are governed by the combined cancellation rules of all included suppliers. A cancellation of one component may not guarantee a refund for the entire package.

6. Refund Process & Timelines

• Refunds are initiated only after receiving confirmation from the supplier.
• Refund timelines vary by supplier (typically 7–30 business days).
• Aerotrekkz service fees are non‑refundable.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method unless stated otherwise.

7. No‑Show Policy

If you fail to show up for a flight, hotel stay, or car rental without cancellation, no refund will be applicable unless specified by the supplier.

8. Force Majeure

In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, pandemics), refund eligibility will depend on supplier rules. Aerotrekkz will assist in facilitating requests but is not liable for outcomes.
